3. Install it to your active desktop
Drag the link with the right mouse button to your desktop.
select 'Create Active Desktop Item(s) Here'
Click thru the rest. No password required.
4. Position the Q'tZ
The animation drags and resizes like other windows
Put the cursor on the Q'tZ and the resize border will appear
Put the cursor near the top and a gray drag area appears
5. Make the Q'tZ available off line
Right click the desktop
Click Properties
Click the Web tab
Click the Properties box
Check 'Make this page available offline'

Click Properties
Click the Web tab
check/uncheck to turn on/off your selection
